About Lapham Heating and Cooling, Inc.

Lapham Heating and Cooling has been a local, family owned and operated company since 1962. Jim and Joyce Lapham started and operated the business from their home in Martin, MI. In 1998 the business expanded and a new office and shop were built at the current location on 10th Street, Plainwell, MI. In the years since, we have added onto our building, increased our service vehicle fleet and added more employees.

In 2010 as the housing market began to tumble, we began training all of our employees to be service technicians and installers. We are experts in servicing what we install, brands like Comfortmaker furnaces and air conditioners, Burnham Boilers, Bard oil furnaces and Geo Thermal heat pumps and Bradfor White Water Heaters.
